(as the patient),

I recently chopped off my thumb with an axe in an accident.

The hospital staff were magnificent, the thumb was reattached and hopefully will be ok. I could not fault the staff, or the food, everything was excellent.

Full marks for Crosshouse Hospital Ward 5A
