I was an inpatient at Southmead orthopaedic hospital over a year ago.
On the ward i was on there was a nurse who treated the patients like kids. She was rude and very uncaring. Also the theatre sister was very rude and offensive.
I had a good mind to report them both to the senior hospital manager. Other patients on my ward agreed with me. It made my stay in hospital miserable and depressing.
"Why does the NHS employ uncaring people?"
