"flawless"

I am 36 and never had an operation before so was apprehensive when my gp referred me for surgery. The first appointments I had at Euxton Hall set the tone for all my visits.... flawless. All staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. My surgeon explained everything clearly and I had confidence in him and his team (silly when it was only a minor op really). The hospital is very very clean and bright. When I was admitted on the day of surgery I was visited by the anaesthetist and later the surgeon who were letting me know how things would go. I had a long wait before my surgery but that is not a problem I was kept informed and wasin a private room with wi fi and tv and so could relax. the staff (receptionists in particular) looked after my wife so well when I was in surgery as she was upset. After care superb. I was called at home to see how I was doing. A fews days later I had questions and spoke to a nurse who hanlded everything for me. I can not thank and praise the staff here enough. Everything went perfectly for me and I would recommend Euxton Hall to everyone I know.
