"Very moody staff"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

The staff were very moody and just left me lying on a bed in pain for 2 hours before coming in to see me and then when I asked for something to help with the pain the doctor said you will have to wait in a very moody voice so I would have to think long and hard before going to A + E again at Basingstoke Hospital again unless if I had to be admitted but haven't had any concerns about other services at the hospital.
