the staff are ignorant they are so rude it's unbelievable, they ask u a question and then walk off i stood at the reception desk and none of the nurses or doctors asked if i needed help or anything i have a walking stick as it is and i was kept waiting for them to acknowledge me for over 30mins and no one did they are useless!
