"Mental Health"

This is a good clean hospital that does provide good care and support but having said that it does feel as if us patients with Mental Health problems does get treated differently and unfairly as if we don't matter even though Mental Health Problems is an illness and it can make you feel worse when you feel or get the impression as if the staff are looking down on you the whole time and having had such a good experience at this hospital over the years with other health problems had been a good experience and I new that I was being well looked after but unfortunately it doesn't feel that way when I have had to be admitted in to ED with mental health problems which can make you feel worse and even more lower when you feel like you ain't being looked after or supported properly and that is the only concern that I have about NHH but apart from that this is a very good hospital to be in and get looked after to help you get better and help deal with all your health problems and the staff and receptionist in ED are very friendly and helpful and I couldn't think of a better hospital to getter better in.
