Quite possibly the rudest and least helpful staff I have ever witnessed in any medical establishment.
My family and I are tremendously understanding when it comes to the pressures had and hard work required for nurses working in the NHS. However, in our experience, many (not all) at this hospital, from the juniors up to the Head Nurses, are extremely rude and dismissive to both their patients and their family members.
"Unhelpful staff"
