"A very positive experience at Lincoln"

I took a neighbour to attend a cardiac clinic at Lincoln County Hospital. From arrival at the hospital reception the staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. My neighbour had two consultations with the doctor and three procedures all of which were carried out with hardly any waiting time. The doctor was excellent and took time to ensure that we understood the diagnosis and answered any questions. Other staff were helpful and didn't just point us to the various clinics but took us when we asked for directions. A very positive experience at Lincoln.
