"Injured knee"

I cannot praise this service enough - I injured my knee last night and was in pain all morning, I arrived at the hospital during the early afternoon - today - and was seen by a triage nurse within 5 minutes, then by a doctor 15 minutes after that - he sent me for an x-ray, which I only waited for 10 mins, then back to see the original doctor who explained that my knee was OK and it was just bruising. The whole process from booking in to leaving was just 1 hour and 10 mins and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I am pleasantly shocked and so happy and grateful.
