"Waiting list for a clinic that does not exist"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I have been on a waiting list for a clinic that does not exists. I have been on the phone today trying to sort and have spoken to several different people and still not achieved a thing. Am getting so frustrated should not have to go through this!!!
