"Rude staff"

My main complaint is the rudeness of the staff at the labour/birthing centre. having arrived at the department for a tour of the place where I was due to give birth was a very poor one! As we buzzed in 2 fathers waiting to be let in by midwives who can clearly be seen at the desk and seen to be standing and waiting for 15mins while they are needed by expectant mothers. So I buzz in for my tour (which I have booked a month in advance and travelled 45mins for) midwife replies 'we don't know anything about this, just wait'. We wait 45mins!!!! & simple get told ward is busy and tour can't take place. Midwives in charge show little care and are very abrupt in the way they speak to us! A midwife comes and does apologise - Similar incite happened when my sister gave birth here - staff show little care and support! Looks like I will be having my baby in elsewhere.
