Attended for an outpatient appointment in Springall Unit. The only person who smiled or showed any human traits was a medical student. The receptionists were dismissive and unwelcoming. The nurses acted as if you were a nuisance if you asked a polite question. The Consultant was professional but completely lacked compassion. The pharmacist were cold and acted as if you invisible. Even the staff in Costa Coffee could not raise a smile and the coffee was bland.
"May as well have been seen by robots!"
