I'm a cancer patient and at a meeting was given great news from the Registrar only to receive a copy letter sent to my GP completely contradicting that which I was told. Very confused and dissappointed I approached PALS but was told there they dop not get involved in that sort of thing. I've got a call in now waiting for collorectal Nurse to return my call, who is busy with her patients but I'm a patient too.
