"45 min delay for clinic 17.2.15"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Reception staff was dismissive on the delay within clinic and advise to speak to one of the nurses for reason . I came at 2.38 and paid for parking 2hrs without acknowledgement . Shabby service like the building .
