"phlebotomy at beckenham beacon"

The nurse taking my daughters blood was very rude, abrupt and it seemed it was a pain for them to do the job they were being paid to do. My daughter warned the nurse she has small veins and if she could use a small syringe but the nurse ignored her, started opening the normal size syringe packet and extracted blood from my daughters arm. she was in great pain with her nose running and tears coming out, but was not offered a tissue and my daughter couldn't get to her coat as a plaster was being put on her. she was rudely advised to bring water with her next time to revive her after a blood test. The nurse also complained it had taken 6 mths for her to come to do the test, but that was the period she had to wait as advised by the doctor before going for a blood test. I wish the staff were a bit more sympathetic , then i wouldn't have to write such a bad review.
