I'm not keen on hospitals, but what a great experience. The staff, esp one staff nurse, were charming and efficient. I was breezed through, knocked out and revived with supreme kindness and amiable care, what lovely people. It was only a scope, but I felt all through that I was in confident and capable hands. Thank you all.
