How this place survives is purely all about money & funding! You may meet everyone when you 1st arrive, then after .. It's all guesswork. Staff dont have a clue, how therapists even made it through university amazes me. The left hand doesn't know from the right! My saddest concern is due to the brain damage patients have, it's all to easy for staff to ignore these patients as they can't answer back. They're not interested in the welfare of patients, they ignore all human rights and if you want answers, forget it, staff lie & blame each other. The "hospital" needs better management, staff that are interested in their job & not a pay packet, that includes the consultant whom you will never see. They get the patients ready for bed by 4:30pm, unless they're able to talk & feed themselves, they're the lucky ones. Our family relative was left to sit in a soiled pad, never checked upon, wrong medication, left dehydrated & worst of all, they never knew of the health problems they suffer, that was written in their notes! Never have I or any friends ever experienced such a cover up shambles of a so called Hospital. Reason it's private can only be to get away with the extortionate costs with less care & concern for its brain injury patients. I agree with other reviews & also wished I had visited and spoke with other relatives to get a true insight on the RHN. An animal gets better care.
