"Good quality of care but a bit slow in places"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I was in the hospital for three days and was in three different wards and saw lots of different staff who gave me great treatment and listened well but when it came to food and getting tests done it was a bit slow but everyone was very helpful. Beware of people snoring and shouting on the ward!

Response from Marion Brown, Head of Complaints and Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS), Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust

Thank you for giving us some feedback on your stay at the hospital. I'm pleased that you had such good treatment, although it is disappointing that not all of your experience was good.

If you would like us to look into this in more detail then please contact our PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison Service) with your details and we will happily look into this PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk

Kind regards
