"A&E treatment"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I needed to visit A&E last night with continued panic attacks and the possibility of a mini stroke. I saw the triage nurse in 30 mins and a doctor about 30 minutes later. I saw a doctor who was so lovely. He was very calm and completely reassured me with a very thorough examination and lots of advice. At no time did I feel hurried or that I was wasting his time. I hope that you will thank him for his kindness and professionalism. Within an hour and a half I was on my way home which I think is more than reasonable. The various staff I saw were all very courteous including a security guard who showed us how to get back to our car. Thank you.
