"cannot contact kg hospital!"

The phone just rings out on 0208 983 8000 at 10.40 am and earlier. PALS only respond with a message saying leave your details and we will get back to you in 48 hrs. !? Seems to me you need people on phones..... Just plain frustrating.

Thank you for your comment on NHS Choices. I am sorry that you had such a hard time trying to get through to us, we are working to improve this area but this is not acceptable.
