"Physiotherapy for a back injury."

I sustained a back injury in a car accident, initially had private treatment provided by my insurance, however after 10 sessions I was still in a considerable amount of pain if I tried to do anything other than rest.

I was then referred to the physio department at St Helen's hospital with Ceit as my therapist. Ceit concentrated more on managing my pain with acupuncture sessions and home stretches.

After six sessions and with much more manageable pain I was put into a back care stability Pilates class with Ceit. This class gave me the knowledge of how to properly build my core and back strength in order to hopefully return to full health and fitness in the near future.
