"If only all patients could experience treatment..."

I was treated at this hospital for a rotator cuff repair. At all times I was treated with respect and dignity. All the staff both in the hospital and physiotherapy dept were excellent I wanted to say how excellent my surgeon was. As a ex nurse having worked with many surgeons I respect him as a surgeon. He has so much time and empathy for his patients. He always explained everything to both my husband and myself and was willing at all times to listen to my concerns.
