"Caring staff on Ward 34 at Royal Lancaster"

I was admitted to ward 34 for a small operation last week.
The nursing staff on ward 34 were attentive and caring towards the patients and there was a good atmosphere on the ward. The compassion shown by staff nurse Sarah and her trainee in dealing with the elderly patients was absolutely brilliant. (Well done.)
Nurse Nigel should also be commended for the good attitude shown when dealing with the patients. Cleanliness of the ward was clearly up to standard.
The staff in the prep and recovery rooms in the theatre were excellent. Made me feel relaxed and confident of the outcome of my operation.
