"Rude and abusive doctor"

I attended the A&E today due to being in pain for five days I was hoping during this time that the situation would improve but today the pain got worse so for the first time in 20 years I attended the Royal Berks I was assessed by a nurse within 15 mins she agreed with me that I would properly require an X ray so myself and my wife waited a further 3 hours to see a doctor, The doctor called my name but before examining me she said your in the wrong place she went on to say why have you not seen your own doctor in the past five days 5 days if you were ill I replied in saying I have been working and hoping the pain improved but it did not, You should have had time off sick. but I do not get paid I replied, she went on to ask me what job I do and she answer to my reply was your body is worn out and I will not be able to do the job much longer, at this point I said look shall I just go ( due to the fact that the doctor in question made me feel like I was wasting her time) she said I suppose I had better examine you then she did and told me to take pain killers. This Doctor in question in my opinion should not be in the role she is in and at the very least be put on a improvement plan.
