Response from Kettering General Hospital

I apologise that you felt our service did not meet your expectations. There are certain times when staff need to contact social services as we have a duty to report certain issues for the welfare of the child attending. If you would like me to investigate your comments further and look at the reason that a referral may have been made I am more than happy to do so. Please contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 01536 493306 who can put you through to me directly. Sandra Iwanoff Matron A&E
