"Marvellous staff who know what they're doing"

We had an unsatisfactory experience at MRI waiting for Heart bypass.. However we managed to get the op done on NHS at the Alexandra. The staff at the Alex actually communicated with each other and smiled! Letters were written, transition and handovers were excellent and communication with GP excellent. Everyone knew what they were doing! Clinical treatment superb with a fantastic surgeon. The Nursing staff were the most professional and caring team I have ever come across in any hospital that I have been in (6 to date).The catering and cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. What a difference. I felt like we'd stepped into a parallel world of calm competence. The best hospital for high dependant clinical care, professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much.
