About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

From the initial discussion with the nurse to explain the procedure following a failed screen the staff could not have been more caring and professional. The initial contact was followed quickly and seamlessly at the hospital with nurses and the consultant putting me at my ease in what is a quite stressful situation. The explanation after the procedure was clear and thorough and was followed up by a phone call the next day to check that everything was alright. How good is that ? The whole process was simply the NHS at its best and the staff a credit to Bishop Auckland Hospital.
