"What a fantastic facility"

About: Accrington Victoria Hospital

I attended the Walk In centre as my own doctor was unable to provide an appointment and I needed urgent treatment. Parking was free and easy. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was seen by a doctor. The reception staff were very helpful with directions to the nearest open pharmacy as it was in the evening. The hospital porter even escorted us to our car as we'd never been before and came in through a different entrance. Wow, just wow. Everybody was so friendly, helpful and courteous. You felt like you were really being cared for. Tax money very well spent on this fantastic facility.
