"No one can tell me where a disabled person can park at the new Retinal Unit"

I am 74 years old and blue badge disabled. At the old Retinal Unit, with a couple of pauses, I could get from the disabled car park and back.

I now have a letter advising me that you have moved to the new premises, which is 15 minutes walk from the old premises.

I have phoned, left voicemails and held on to the telephone for ages, but nobody seems to either want or is able to tell me, where can somebody disable park and walk a reasonable distance to the retinal unit for treatment?
