"Appointment wasn't arranged. Not happy"

I went to A&E last tuesday with expected appendicitis I was there for 6 hours and nothing was fully diagnosed/ finished. Luckily they over ruled that I don't have appendicitis and wanted me to go for scans for ovaries etc. Doctors sent us home and to wait for a letter in the post with a date confirming when I shall come back for a booked scan. I rang today for any idea of when this letter will arrive or if anything was done. No appointment booked. I was on the phone for 2 hours and they couldn't find my history of tuesday and nothing else was booked for scan. This is beyond a joke because I am meant to be at work and I cannot walk because of the pain I'm in. So I now have to take more time off work, be in more pain, and find somewhere where they are actually going to take things seriously and actually do their jobs to book me an appointment. I'm extremely disappointed and will never come back here again.
