"Attendance for MRI scan"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

I took my mother in law for an MRI scan on Sunday afternoon. I was impressed by how easy the self check in was in Radiology. A touch screen asked yes or no. I pressed 'yes', Then it asked for the bar code on the letter. Following a swipe of the bar code the screen acknowledged my mother in law had arrived and that a member of staff would be with her shortly. A member of staff appeared promptly and off she went to have her scan. She was treated very well with dignity and respect and while the scan took a bit longer than expected it all ran very smoothly. Well done and thank you.

Thank you for comments; it is reassuring to hear you found the self check-in easy as we are introducing them to more areas across the hospital. It will be a pleasure to pass your thanks to the team and they will be delighted to hear how well your mother in law felt she was treated.
