I could not have received more understanding, thoughtful and professional attention and the EEG/EMG tests were completely bearable compared to a previous unbearable experience which caused me to dread this second visit. The consultant took time to explain everything, including the final results, the likely development of the condition and how I can accommodate it. All was delivered with a great sense of humour and I left with a smile on my face.
