I phoned around 8.15 am and received an appointment for 11 am. The reception staff were busy and unsmiling but all the health professionals were pleasant, incredibly efficient and reassuring without seeming stressed though no doubt they were very busy indeed. We are very fortunate in Reading to have such a marvellous service.
