"This has made a really positive difference to my health and quality of life"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I was referred to six degrees by my GP following a bout of severe anxiety and panic attacks relating to the menopause and caring responsibility for my elderly mother.

I received an appointment within 2 weeks which was great!

The assistance and support I have been receiving has helped me to identify anxiety triggers and develop strategies for coping. This has made a really positive difference to my health and quality of life. I could have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.
