"She was a charming, friendly person"

I was seen in the physio Dept by Wendy. She was a charming, friendly person who explained what she was going to do. After asking me questions Wendy examined me then she explained using a model of the knee cap what was happening, she explained it in such a way that I understood it. She then gave me some exercises to do printed out so I wouldn’t forget.

She then explained about the type of bandage to use on my knee. Then she gave me a slip to take to the reception for my next appointment.
