"review in response to a previous one"

I wrote a review on here regarding my mother's care on ward 9 earlier in the week. I thought it only right to write this response. I was contacted very quickly by a member of staff to contact their email so they could help. I did this and today spoke with Dr's in ward 9 to get some answers and air our views as a family. The Dr could not have been more helpful and was very compassionate towards my brother and I. Hopefully when we visit tomorrow we will see some of the things we discussed in operation. Well done WGH for the quick response.
