I was taken in as an emergency (heart attack) in late November and I don't think I could have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble and that applies to everyone from the nurses to the consultant. They ' fixed' me well enough, to a point where I now even forget I had anything wrong with me! A couple of nights I was not sleeping very well and was brought a cup of tea in the middle of the night! They didn't have to do things like this, but I felt that the nurses in particular did because they put themselves in the patient's shoes, is there a better quality to possess if you are caring for people in their most needy hour? Some 5 star hotels would like to be this good. 10 out of 10 in all departments!
