"Experience in Endoscopy Department"

I recently attended the Endoscopy Department at the Royal Bolton Hospital (Feb 2015). I was worried and anxious about the procedure beforehand but have nothing but praise for the staff in the department who all helped to make my experience a positive one. From the moment I attended I found the staff to be very pleasant, helpful and professional. I was treated with dignity and respect and I was made to feel that my experience mattered to them all. The team worked well together from the receptionist to the Endoscopist himself. A special thanks to the matron, nurses and the doctor. .
