"my stay at darlington memorial hospital"

As an asthma and copd sufferer I was taken to darlington hospital with a bad chest infection. I was hopeful that I might only be staying for a couple of days but ended up staying for 2 weeks. All the time I was in hospital from when I was in a&e to the time I was discharged on the 5/02/15 I was treated with the best care and dignity I have ever experienced. I have been an asthma sufferer since I was 4 years old and was diagnosed with copd 4 years ago. I would like to thank everybody from the people who bring you breakfast and a cup of tea to every single nurse on ward 44 and the two doctors. I was always kept informed of my treatment and if my drugs/tablets were being changed. I would also like to thank the staff who were on duty on the night I was admitted. Once again a big thankyou to everyone who made my stay while I was in hospital a very comfortable one. It is refreshing to find so many positive points to write about when you have been in hospital compared to the reports you read in the press. Once again a big thankyou to everyone at Darlington Memorial Hospital for the care and support i received. Jason Williams.
