"Amazing experience"

About: Kettering General Hospital

I could go on forever about how amazing my experience was today at the Rockingham Outpatients Clinic for a Colposcopy. All the staff were friendly and could not do more to make me feel at ease and comfortable in what was a stressful and worrying morning for me. The staff nurse was amazing and so so helpful and just lovely. Have to go back again for some follow up and have not one shred of concern about my care.

Concerns around abnormal smear tests can cause a lot of anxiety for our patients. Staff at the Colposcopy Out Patients Clinic try to put any risk into perspective for patients and help them to feel at ease. We are very pleased and grateful you feel you were treated with kindness and respect. I will ensure your positive feedback is passed onto the team.
