"Service within Audiology Dept"

I found the service I have repeatedly received in the Audiology Dept., exemplary, in particular the services of the consultant. He is polite, engaging, knowledgeable and proficient. Good skills in explaining everything clearly and efficiently. Appointment was fast and he made himself available late on a Saturday afternoon. I could not be more complimentary; such good personal service definitely needs recognition.
