"My mother"

My mum went into the Gwent in the middle of December with pneumonia. When she was in, I went to see her and could see she was not right, so I asked the nurse could a doctor come and have a look? They were very rude to me and said you will have to wait. Two hours later, a doctor came by. This time my mum was worse. The doctor took one look at her and pulled the curtain around I said to him I think she has had a stroke he said I will take some blood for oxygen levels. By this time, my mum could not talk. The bloods came back and the doctor said she needed oxygen asap and he asked the nurse to sort it out. They did nothing for two hours it now turns out my mum had a stroke. I want this sorted asap.
