"very disappointed and still waiting! very poor!"

About: Colchester General Hospital

Referred from doctor with severe pins and needles after many tests and mri scan i have swelling in my brain and spine. Had course of steroids and was told it was "ms" by rude doctor! left to return for a lumber punture appointment. Spoke to my gp and he said its not ms but transverse mylitis not ms.....had to wait 5 weeks after being told terrible news for an appointment! had lumber punture.......7 weeks after lumber punture told I need treatment but not a "serious" condition, symptoms have worsened and still don't no what I have, if anything I do will make it worse or if it will get better. To be told nothing with no help or support is poor! I call minium 3 times a week every week for details and get transferred to all different departments, I leave messages with no call back! And the times I do get to speak to someone they say to either wait or they will call but don't very very poor service! Wish I'd of gone to a different hospital. Please someone help or reply with answers to this poor service! !
