My sister had the misfortune of been treated, or the reality as it were is she was mistreated, on this ward in November 2014. The whole experience, from start to finish, was absolutely horrid. Complaint filed on the evening of my sister's surgery - 7 November 2014, which was not investigated properly. Formal complaint followed on 24 December 2014 - RNOH have not abided by their own Complaints Policy - the time for their response lapsed one week ago and no one has afforded me the courtesy of an update. My requests for an update to PALS either are unacknowledged or responded to following many chasers. PALS response, 'we are trying to get a an update from the investigator'…………. four days' ago and nothing since…… If you want Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, enter this ward!
