I have been an outpatient at this hospital for a few years now. I have never had a bad experience here. For example today I went to the wrong area and the lady on urology reception was super friendly and courteous and made sure I knew where I was going before I left and even called to double check where I was supposed to be. In addition she seemed very busy. The quality of care is outstanding and the medical staff are incredibly well qualified and fantastic. I feel completely at ease under the care of staff at this hospital. I feel very very lucky to be able to be seen at such a fantastic hospital.

It is very encouraging to learn that you have always had such positive experiences of the Urology service and that staff have been as helpful and courteous as we would expect. Your comments have been shared with senior clinical (nursing) and service management staff, who will make sure that their teams are informed. The Urology department is appreciative of your comments and of the time and you have taken to share your experience.
