"Great care but......"

About: King's Mill Hospital

My wife and I have nothing but praise for the staff at Clinic 6 at Kings Mill, but the switchboard is a nightmare, is it normal to be repeatedly cutoff when either waiting in a queue or when speaking to a member of staff? The façade may be colourful and shiny but the telephone intrastructure isn't fit for purpose
