"Investigation of shoulder pain"

Arrived early for my 9.20am appointment to beat the morning traffic. Within 5 minutes I was directed to the X-ray department reception. Almost immediately I was taken for my X-ray. Very thorough and each of the 3 X-rays checked. Came back up to the orthopaedic department and again almost immediately saw the registrar who listened to everything I had to say, asked me about my shoulder then very clearly took me through the X-ray results and answered all my questions. Then various treatments were discussed and agreement reached as to the best course of action. A very stress free efficient hospital appointment and all staff were courteous and caring.
