"Thank you for all the medical care"

About: Westmorland General Hospital / Nephrology

(as the patient),

I was taken to Lancaster Royal Infirmary with stomach pains in the kidney area. I deteriorated and ended up in intensive care for approximately 2 days. I improved and was transferred back to the ward and continued to improve as I no longer was relying on oxygen and catheter etc. I transferred to Kendal whilst social services, short term intervention team assessed my situation and requirements for enabling m to return to my home. I received good care and treatment from the nurses and couldn’t wait to be released from hospital to return to my own home. Thank you for all the medical care and treatment I have received whilst I hospital.
