"Breast cancer appointment"

The Dr. on the day at breast cancer unit, was condescending, treated me like I was a hypochondriac, on arrival he asked why I had been refered to the breast cancer unit!! He made me feel uncomfortable & guilty for being there. The Dr has now made me feel very ill at ease about going to my dr again problems with my breast. I did have someone with me & they were also dismayed at how I was treated, it is a very scary thing to go through & the anxiety you feel because of cancer... I worry about going to the RUH for treatment now, it has affected my whole well being.
