"Ward 622"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

the staff on ward 622 are utterly disrespectful and very rude they feel it appropriate to discuss patient concerns in a joking manor, when questioned about doing this the reaction was to tell us that we are unable to care for a family member despite giving round the clock care for 18 months. In particular the nurse who had been looking after the relative for 6 hours despite not reading notes and most of all the ward sister who would rather back her staff than bother about patient welfare!!!!!! Would I recommend this ward or hospital to anyone not if my life depended on it
